Processing Time
All items are pre-made and ready to ship. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Weekends and holidays are not included in processing times.

Shipping Time
Shipping usually takes 5–10 business days depending on your location.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can also track your order anytime on our website.

Shipping Regions
We currently ship to Canada and the United States. We plan to expand to more regions in the future—please check back for updates.

Please note that all non-domestic orders are shipped without duties paid. Customer will be responsible for any duties on their orders.

Delays
While we strive to meet stated delivery times, delays can sometimes occur due to customs, carriers, or other unforeseen events. During peak seasons or holidays, shipping times may be longer. If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery window, please contact us and we’ll be glad to help.
